PCHC staff work with the primary care physicians by following doctor's orders to facilitate the receipt of optimum follow-up and on-going home care, between doctor visits. In addition they work hand in hand with the physicians' staff and pharmacists to verify the patient stays on the prescribed medication schedule, provide transporation to/from doctors appointments and ensure prescriptions are refilled on a timely basis.

Peoples Choice Home Care has partnered with VMS Home Oxygen, Inc. in assisting patients with the purchase and setup of Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment such as respiratory services, power chairs, seats, wheel chairs, walkers, canes, bathroom aids, compression hosiery, diabetes aids and hospital beds. VMS provides the patients and CNAs of PCHC with medical equipment training/use, repair and service.
